What is the difference between online/classroom classes?
At Say School, all our courses are hybrid by design (both online and face-to-face). This means you will receive the same educational experience, whether you study online or face-to-face. This offers you, the student, greater flexibility accessing your English language education.
When do face-to-face classes re-start?
All courses and services are available both online and in the classroom. However, until it is socially safe to have classroom classes, only online classes will be available.

Can I cancel during the course?
Yes, you can cancel an enrolment and receive a refund (the first month’s payment) on a course up to 7 days prior to the course start day. Say School does not refund cancellations made within one week of the course start-date. In the case of abandonment after the commencement of the course within any pre-paid month of classes, that month’s payment will not be refunded. No fees will be refunded for classes which are missed by students during the course for any reason, or for late arrival or early finish.
Can I cancel or reschedule a private class (1-to-1) or a Clinic appointment?
If you wish to cancel a private class (1-to-1) or English Clinic appointment, it must be requested up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Under these circumstances, an alternative class time/appointment will be re-scheduled. Cancelations for private classes or clinic appointments within 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will not be refunded.
