English Clinic

€15 per 30-minute session, by appointment. English clinic work requests can also be completed offline at these rates.

Our Terms and Conditions

1. Courses will start when there are 2 students enrolled (up to a maximum of 8).

2. Courses can commence anytime, with regards to Regulation 1.

3. Payment is required before attending classes. Details and options provided upon registration.

4. During classes, students must only speak the language being learned.

5. If the School has to cancel a class due to teacher illness or another issue at any time, replacement classes will be offered to the student/class.

6. If students miss a class due to illness or another reason, are late to attend or leave early, no refunds/alternative classes are available.

7. Say School observes official Portuguese national holidays, without the availability of a refund for course classes not held on those days. However, until the end of social containment measures, online classes will be re-scheduled.

8. Upon notifying the school of withdrawing from a course, any remaining classes paid will not be reimbursed.

9. If you paid for 10/20/30 classes in advance and received a 5% – 15% discount, any remaining classes will not be refunded upon withdrawal from a course. This does not apply to private (1-to-1) advance class bookings, provided the student the notifies hello@sayschool.pt about a class cancellation no less than 24 hours before the scheduled class.

10. Exam Preparation courses do not include the cost of the taking the exams.

11. The school reserves the right to change teachers during a course, or merge classes for educational reasons. For certain courses, students may have to pay the cost of essential coursebooks. Details will be provided, where necessary, prior to your course registration.

12. If you would like a green receipt (Recibos Verdes), please request upon course enrolment.
